I'm with you Breeze, the exercised options were probably to free-up some options and replenish the pool of avalaibre options to be granted.

But it could also be also be a way of paying a little bonus to the team as they exercised and immediately sold their share.

Anyhow, they all have way more in-the-money options than the amount they just sold plus they are also holding on the 0.50$ CAD warrants that they got from their deventures conversion back in April 2021. This is why I don't see this a big-event.

They have put some skin in the game in the previous financing and they are now delivering on the commercialization phase.

I do hope we will get more to chew on when it come to business development than what we currently have. Adrianni and the management have done an outstanding job with the video and the Q&As to explain the "technology".

Any-how and finally, as shareholders we should be well-aware that options will always be part of the renumeration package of a public company. It is and will alway be how fortune are made on the public market. Just think of M. Musk...
