First, FJ said filed as of July 02 - you said filed as of July 03.

Also, what's wrong with management exercising options? It looks like all transactions were done before end of quarter.

I say they earned the options and I say they have the right to exercise them.

Something is bugging you it seems... so what is it actually/really?
