Hey Rick, I think Leb pointed out a good point, from my PoV there isn't anything malicious in his post. Just plain truth that the shares were disposed right after options conversion.

Insiders own millions of options, and they are cashing in a bit for all their hardwork all these years. Had they disposed a majority or an entirety of their shares, then I'd be concerned.

Suresh has 3M options and he only exercised 100k, fine, I don't like seeing that but I'll accept maybe he wanted to cash in on the hardwork and go get a new Lambo for the next AGM. In the future, I hope we see them exercising the options and keep them as well.
