First of all, I wasn't aware of any delay in news being released. All I see is impatience by some shareholders for MORE news to be released.

The company has indicated that process was setback, but not materially delayed. They have said that chip shortage, globally, has set the entire industry back to some degree or another.

The company has stated on many occasions the time lines around the production of product samples and the process involved between Poet and customers. Patents applied for are not authorized, they are granted or denied. Patents POET has applied for, which are unique to their portfolio, cannot constitute a legal comflict with a customer who is wishing to purchase a POET product from that portfolio.
