One such scenario, without management buy-in, could be that the shareholders vote yes to a takeover. I don't see this being realistic, and is significantly less likely than likely at low SP, but the chances are not zero. The longer investor fatigue sets in (been a very long time for many), may increase this chance. There have been multiple "inflection points" and "watershed moments", yet little affect on the SP.
Hoping for something at some point, not just the great technical developments, but a significant increase in the SP. If we get that, any chances of any takeover would be at a higher SP. I've heard many times "congratulations to POET management", but looking forward to "congratulations to POET investors".
