With the $300m shelf prospectus, the only take overs that are going to occur is a take over by POET!

Add that to the clear intentions to uplift to the Nasdaq and expectations of 'explosive growth', not to mention Suresh's vision to grow the company.....I absolutely disagree and with all due respect, will not be coming to you for 'professional' financial advice :)
