First I want to thank all the teckies here for great comments.

Second, my professional experience (Finance) lead me to think the company may be subject to a take over soon (I don't have any info, pure experience thoughts).

I think it's clear now after the OFC that POET is unique (cost, flexibility, innovation, etc...) 

Considering all that, I'm 100% confident a takeover will occur before year end.

I just hope we have great news soon to boost the acquisition price.
