I'm sure there are people who still remember the false dawns of the past with POET, I think management is fully aware that they can title their news as such, but without things like desing wins, contracts, long-term supply agreements, institutional endorsements etc., the SP would come straight to Earth.

Look at what happened to QuantumScape. They announced their breakthrough research, the SP went to Mars, then came right back to Earth. Why? Because they aren't selling anything, it was pure speculation...
