From their own website, Effect's manufacturing sounds like more of the same old...

"As an Operator within the Manufacturing Facility, you will carry out both automated and manual assembly processes to achieve delivery of EFFECT Photonics’ Optical Module Products, on time, with the right quality, and within cost constraints in a safe and supportive environment. The position is full-time and will be based at Brixham Laboratory, Devon."
