This is a virtual conference and clearly management have a big deadline to get it right with their presentation and strategy.  On that basis I would publish on the  Company website once all deliverables are ready and quality assured.

Its far too early for you to raise this as a trust issue and far more damaging in its negativity than management, who if you follow their narrative on the company site have indeed heralded the event.  

Bear in mind that for anyone with the least interest in POET would more likely be looking at this site, which is where a  Google enquiry takes you after all.

If you value your PTK investment, why then would you shoot yourself in the foot so?  Please be more mindful of the effect of your words.

We really are our own worst enemy on this site.
