54-40:"Suspect, it's just staged investments that triggers majority share."

Precisely 54-40, JV agreement indicates phased SAIC contributions over a period of 18 months (6 quarters).  So, if the agreement commenced Oct 2020, it appears POET probably has majority ownership until at least the end of this year, or early into 2022.
