Sounded good back in the year 2000, but it's still frozen sections by the pathologist until cancer cells can be 100% identified using a better methodology. A needle biopsy is the least invasive, and will give you a diagnosis that best serves the patient, and will allow you to rest your medical license on too.  I would love for technology to continue to advance to the point of being completely non-invasive, but there are too many legal ramifications for anyone being misdiagnosed.  Baba would be able to elaborate on that subject.
