Do-Won Kim -  Denselight Deputy Director (Feb 2018 – Apr 2019)  
He was leading our 2.5D assembly/packaging R&D program of ‘Hybrid Integration Photonics Platform’, before moving to IMEC (Belgium) in 2019 managing R&D programs of wafer-level assembly/packaging for co-packaged optics (CPO) for high bandwidth density.

Since Aug 2020 he is back in Singapore at Intel as Senior Staff Engineer ….. mhhh
