But realistically moska, you're talking about a small handful of people.  This is highly sensitive information to these organisations.  There will be only a few high level managemnet involved in these discussions.  It won't be common knowledge to everyone within the organisation.  

As such, they will all be very aware of what would happen in they of used that knowledge for personal gain or if tongues wagged.  If we are relying on this very small number of 'in the know' individuals to drive the SP, then we're in trouble. 

Alas we'll have to rely on the traders swirling around the vulture exchange to do that for us for now.
