I was only interested in an answer to the question about the difference between both companies. I would exepect that the solution of POET has a higher level of integration but I am not sure. Therefore, I was asking this group of knowledged people.

I have learned that there seems to be a difference in the addressed markets as one of the group members stated. As far as I know both companies are or will provide solutions for data centers. So, it was not obvious for me. 

What has this all to do with: try to cause confusion?

If it is easy or obvious you could anwser technically without getting impolite.

I don't own any shares of NeoPhotonics if that was somehting you had in mind.
