I have seen this situation many timeswith miners. My guess, they need that money to finally move in NASDAQ.

as a shareholders the only issue i have for now, i want the SP to be luch higher before the reverse split which could be between 4-14 is i read correctly the PR. After the RS, they need to have a strong balance sheet to get the approval. I don't see this as a bad news neither a good news. Don't mesn either they have contract on their back pocket.

prospectus is related to NASDAQ only, nothing more in my opinion.

like I said, we need the SP to move up before the RS. If they Rs now 1/10, give us a SP at 10$ with roughly 40M O/S. Then of they issue 300m$ at 10$ , we add 30M new share which represents 70M O/S and a MC of 700M$. At this point, PTK will have 300M in bank a lot of momentum to go over the billion dollars company and easily double from there.

maybe I'm wrong and too optimistic.
