Chappychap, noting the signature in the previous message ("A not frustrated long"), I believe the meaning of his comment, "they should not be concerned with the current share price", was that management has a long term focus on creating a profitable, growing, and valuable company. The SP will rise accordingly.
I view Poet as a start up that is traded on an exchange. Management objectives in a start up differ from management objectives in publically traded companies. Publically traded companies have shareholder pressure to maximize share price and profitability on a quarterly basis. Start ups typically need to invest and follow a business plan with a longer term profitability goal. Start ups don't typically worry about the current SP because they are not typically publically traded and, as stated, their focus is longer term than today's market fluctuation.
I am an optimistic long. Like the "not frustrated long", I believe Poet is taking the right steps and following a prudent plan that will create company value in the future. I'm less concerned about fluctuations in sp at this time.
