Hey BCD, it's possible she meant POEM, the multi year DARPA project spun out into Ayar Labs.  Though, Ayar is backed by Intel and Globalfoundries among others, while the speaker specifically mentions NVidia and POET (or POEM).  I can't seem to find any connections between NVidia and Ayar/POEM but maybe something out there.
