Yes I'd agree also. We were told by management that they were unlikely to reveal the identity of the tier 1.  It Would be quite a u-turn for them to now announce it and would have to come with their conscent.  However that's unlikely in the secretive tech world we inhabit. 

That said, this amazing board will no doubt revel in finding the dots and linking them.
