So here is my question for any who might have a thought on the subject.  When does POET have eyes on it for acquisition purposes?  Does it begin when we have documented success in all supply chains, and are successfully mass producing for one of the "bigs"?  Are cursory examinations already taking place?  While I don't believe this will happen anytime soon, I don't believe that it's too early to think like this.  The great interest in Coherent is causing the wheels to turn for me.  I do think that we will be shocked one of these days.
