To expand the thought,

If we came to the NASDAQ with a substandard product, we would get horrible financing deals ie the manipulation. 

If we came into the market with a better product we could get better financing. We would be classified differently and day traders would trade differently. Less pump and dump situations than what you would see from low floats.
