That takes care of the shorts above and then some. Seems to me that the share increase Rainer reported as well as previously reported increases to the share count would suggest that the monkey is off our back. The hostile .52 warrant holders are likely out of the stock.
Breeze could be some of the 2.9 million increases to the .85 placement are debenture holders. Good for the debenture holders who could pull this off and good for the company to reduce the eventual overhang.
