Absolutely agree that timing of a NR is an art FJ. In my mind, and to dovetail your thoughts, I am looking/hoping for the dissemination of material news such that our share price hits the NASDAQ with momentum.

Management has always stated "when the time is right" and I take it that management is suggesting a window of opportunity exists right now and I believe that they intend to hit the ground running as it relates to the uplist. The reverse split is merely an ends to a mean, which R/S option management chooses for me isn't necessarily relevant.

I am more interested on how they present the company when the NASDAQ listing is finally achieved. To do so with some fanfare and to make a splash isn't accomplished with a simple reverse split therefore, I believe there is more in store for us in the short-term but it's only my opinion.
