I am new to the forum but not to being a POET shareholder.  But honestly I am not sure what the purpose is of stating that you are voting 'No' for the RS option...In my view that is a vote to digress and not progress the company forward.

Fairchilj laid it out for everyone. The information circular is clear we need to be listed on the NASDAQ at a list price significantly higher to generate the interest and investment arms of the the institutions industry etc. How difficult is this to understand?

My hope is that the company through the EC, potential future news releases etc can propel the share price to around $3CAD and then pull a 5-1 RS trigger to get us on NASDAQ at around $15Cad or $12USD.  I think anything in excess of $10USD will draw the attention of those the company seeks in my opinion.
