What I am suggesting is that we shouldn't anticipate nor expect a NR making an announcement of the appointments within SP.

Firstly, I'm sure there are situations where a private company may choose to make an announcement but more often than not it simply gets disseminated thru industry channels, consequently we may still find out but it won't be because the company is obligated to do so.

Secondly, Poet is a minority partner so to a certain extent they don't call the shots although they may have influence on whether a NR is issued.

Thirdly, I did provide an example of a situation calling for a NR which was the appointment within an entity controlled by and under/within the Poet umbrella.

Saying that the company should do this and shouldn't do this is pointless. We have been advised of the communication policy and the company has complied with it and with its obligations under IIROC regulations. Some may have opinions that they should be issuing NRs and I respect that but I merely have stated that in these circumstances a NR is not necessarily warranted and shouldn't be expected.
