I fail to see positivity here. Again a great run smashed in the face by management.  

Oh come on!! They've doubled the SP in just over a month.  They need money and that is just a fact of life, especially for small start ups. No appreciation of their efforts to get us here in the first place.  It's so easy to sit on the sidelines and say that they've "smashed us in the face".  They haven't done this with mallice.  It's merely a necessity and striking whilst the iron is hot.

Without their efforts we'd be raising funds at lower prices, resulting in more dilution.  Sure it's not great to keep raising money.  But a clear path to the NASDAQ is set and this should be met with some positivity.  I think they deserve a little respect, instead of chucking the toys out the pram.
