Very interesting suggestion about the share swap. 

one thing Suresh and Vivek have consistently referenced is the roadmap from the AGM which in Q1 calls for 

a "Strategic Partnership " for 400g optical engines using silicon photonics based modulators. 

I'm crossing my fingers that if the company forms a partnership they actually name the partner. If this company is on the NASDAQ already that would be interesting.
