Hi LZF.

You heard correct.

A little close on cash before product revenue but with a little more NRE, warrants / options exercised we will be good.

Worst case a small raise .... and that can easily be fulfilled by a NASDAQ uplist which appears to be the clear plan.

Exciting times ..... we as shareholders have the "Holy Grail" in the POET OI.

Let the company play this out and we will be very, very happy investors.
