"Acacia is a leading provider of high-speed integrated optical interconnect modules which enhance network performance by improving the capabilities of optical equipment, routers and switches while simultaneously reducing operating costs for network equipment manufacturers and cloud and service providers"
Forgive me if I'm covering old ground but firstly, WOAH what a nice payday for Acacia shareholders (enjoying the benefits of NASDAQ BTW) but obviously, this company is fishing in POET's pond. If Cisco is the NAT1, and they are solely focussed on the LightBar application, wouldn't they become both customer and competitor at the same time?
