To expand on the idea of dilution or no dilution being dependent on what you do with the capital let's go a little further...
When you issue shares (commonly referred to as dilution) you get money or some other asset in return.
How about BB Photonics, POET gave them shares in that acquisition, so was that dilution? Did that take money from us existing shareholders? After our brilliant scientists converted their IP into the OI, still dilution?
That's no different than raising capital to pay BB Photonics owners in cash for the acquisition.
It's time to seize the opportunites our leaders are seeing.
