Message: typically speaking regarding RS - IMO

i am not usually a fan of an RS. usually things turn out pourly. but in another regard, i have not been associated with many RS in share count that is directly intended to uplist onto a different exchange. my inital reaction was hostile(after 10 years here to see my share count cut by an unknown amount with no reasoning behind it, livid). i think the release of informaiton was also pour in regards to not clarifying the ratio, or intent behind it.

i decided to wait to see if more info was coming to make a conscious educated response.and voile, yesterday TM(thanks for coming on board and doing something ive never seen before).

most of you know what i do, and its not tech or stock related. After taking some time to digest, i am quite happy with this news. If it means we are going to broaden our investor pool by entering the NAS i could care less(give me a 5:1 whatever... if we enter the NAS with a few less shares, but we finally get access to a pool of investors and money(big piles of money) i dont see how the negative effect will last(as we can see by yesterdays close, and the meagre support we see this am holding us in the 80 range).

anyone who has been here as long as me or longer, as one poster noted yetserday, dont look at the result today, judge this step 6 months from now, and see where we stand. dont let the bile build up after holding for so long and become negative. the recent moves and progress of this comany is stagering in a postive light. as oh so many have noted of late....until yesterday. we are not dead, its not over, its a rallying point for us and our company. venture never wouldve sustained us long, i t hink this move speaks volumes as to a master plan by our leaders.
