Sorry, but I fail to see how a Canadian listing is a requirement for tax purposes. I'm not totally conversant with all tax legislation but I've never heard of your stated requirement.

From what TM typed it appeared quite clear that the focus is NASDAQ only. Dual listing quite honestly is a waste on money.
