What I don` quite understand is,, If there is a Tier 1 company involved with Poet why don`t they just say so and so company will be partnering with Poet... and for goodness sake don`t say "Soon".  I know, I know,, the NDA s,, stealth mode,, quiet mode comes into play,, they certainly don`t have to announce the name of the Tier 1 company,, but they could give a date,,, June 1 etc. or  there abouts..That would at least give a boost to the share price and a R/S may not be needed and be sides that why not  just uplist to the TSX to start with..  A lot of investors gripe about the Venture ,,PTK very  easily uplist to the TSX..
