It says Bid Price at least 4 USD, publicly held shares at least 1.250.000 pieces. Or do I miss something?

Poet needs at least 7:1 to get to 4 USD per share.
Poet has approx. 300.000.000 shares out there, so a split 240:1 would result in 1.250.000 shares.
So the ratio has to be between 7:1 and 240:1
