I agree entirely, and understand latency mono....I don't necessarily think that SV and VR were stifling Tom, it's just they wanted to speak, and when your boss wants to speak, generally you let him, if you know what's good for you.

Personally I'd rather hear it from either SV or VR...no offence Tom.
