Teleconferencing is a new environment for many people. The internet has transmission latencies depending on the speed of one's connection and hardware. In real life people do accidentally cut others off, but most of the time in teleconferencing software it is the technological latency gap between speakers that varies, so it becomes awkward when someone thinks it's their turn to speak. Television broadcast equipment is faster, but you see the same situation when they have guests transmitting from their personal devices. I would read nothing into that. Poet management is united. What is exciting about teleconferencing is that Poet has the gizmo to smoothen out latencies and make teleconferencing feel more like you are really present with each other in conversation. No wonder Poet is pursuing the data centers. A great first stop for the OI.
