With due respect PFL, We only know that all of the owners of BB Photonics were issued total of about 2 million shares (less than 1% of float) 4 and half years ago.  We don't know if the LWLG CEO still holds any of them as he was only required to do so for max of 24 months.  

But it's certainly plausible that our CEO is aware of what that CEO is working on, and vice versa.
