I'm not seeing it. Qorvo makes amplifiers/drivers for modulators. They do not make SI-Photonics modulators from what I saw on their website. Your link is to drivers.
Resonant make rf filters for devices using 5G frequency bands.
All good stuff but (I hope) this is not the "Tier 1". Give me Broadcom or Cisco.
