Two other facts that I consider important:

Fact 1: Poet has been a venture capital investment. Retail investors are fortunate to have the opportunity to invest through common shares in an early-stage company that has such promise.

Fact 2: investors risk missing out if they think they can time the hockey-stick trajectory of share price in the coming year. POET has said they intend to release news going forward, they have been doing so and likely will in unpredictable cadence.
