POET's tape out costs will be very small. POET does not require advanced lithography as the structures are very large compared to the precision required to fit and connect millions of transistors that fit on even the older generations of silicon.

This is a real strength that POET brings to a mature industry. Literally a new low cost layer to the semiconductor industry to extend the capabilities of both old and new silicon with photonics.

There is so  much to  work  with here  and eventually  POET will get the horsepower required to get the real  message  translated and  delivered so that investors who see the kind of  future that is  unfolding for this  company will buy in accordingly.
