As a current investor this release is fantastic, reaffirms our money is safe and significant upside is definitely on the horizon.  That said, this PR is beyond technical, how much it translates to new money jumping in, I'm not sure.  Suspect we get a bump today but let's keep our expectations in check.

Somehow, "average" investors (let's call them "retail") manage to decipher highly technical press releases of money-losing biotech companies, and move their share prices accordingly... I don't think even at this stage the technical bias of our public communications is hurting our SP as much as other factors: the exchange, the price and the lack of a coterie of analysts who are part of an ecosystem that helps institutional investors eventually displace the retail ones.
