I did not pick up on that when I originally watched the Sidota presentation, my interpretation was that in Q4 POET was collecting data from prototypes, and then would share the data with potential customers. I watched the presentation again, and on slide 11 for Q4 "Prototypes for data collection and publication".

"For publication" would seem to imply publishing for the public so you might be right, and here's hoping.
