Didn't Vivek just do an interview with Proactive investor.  They do seem to be ramping up the publicity.  Yes an interview on BNN would be good.  But I don't think they're holding back, merely working within their means, both in terms of time and money. As you mention they need to pay some hired help.  

Right now they are working on products with multiple customers etc.  This no doubts takes up most of their time. If they execute on those initiatives then we all stand to gain from it.  At that point with sales contracts in hand I suspect more promotion to be seen.

I'm certainly no expert on how to get the message out there.  But I suspect it takes a concerted effort from all of them and right now sadly it's not top of their priority list.  As much as i'd like them to be shouting it from the rooftops.
