"Pretty sure they will not be in the money by then"

A reasonable statement Thriller.  The question is, do they change their position and re-extend?  IMO it depends on how much they want/need the money.  Therefore, if they are comfortable with the current financial situation, the warrants will be allowed to expire, otherwise yet another re-extension may be forthcoming.  Despite the optics of reneging on their "final extension" statement, I believe money wins the day.
