Well, I'm not a big believer in manipulation theories, but if someone is trying to soften me up for a low ball buyout offer it's starting to work!  After several years of holding if someone offered me a buck right now I'd be awfully tempted! 
Not meaning to sound negative I think Poet has made considerable progress but it just dosent seem to ever be reflected in the stock price, déjà vu all over again. 
Hope things change soon for us long holders!
