You have to keep in mind that Mr. Malinge has a strong connection to yole.

He is co-author of every photonics market study issued by yole. 

So this is not a benchmark of POETs visibility, but it´s good he uses his role at yole to POETs favour.

One little piece after the other, they are falling into places.
