Extending warrant expiry dates is a very slippery slope and should be avoided at all costs.

Now, every POET warrant holder has a case against the company if they are allowed to expire out of the money....if, in fact, the .75 warrants somehow do get exercised.

I have nothing against IBK or Cormack, I have big problems extending expiry dates.

I will not bother defining "expiry" as I'm sure we all know what it is intended to denote.
