When POET announced the LOI with Sanan there was comments like "it's just an LOI and that is why the market response was limited". Now after we get confirmation of a signed deal with the biggest compound semi fab we again see a flat response by the market. Was there an expectation that those events  should  have had  a significant impact on  POET’s share price. Absolutely based on the companies view of the significance of that JV and the volume manufacturing  capacity that is being  enabled.   

The only way to get the markets attention is to continue to put out good news and provide details along the way. 

There is definitely more to come led by technical achievements.
