To be clear there is no direct evidence of this but the group that is suspect is a small fraction of the total number. The Canadians I talk to are not engaged in any of this activity and plan to exercise in the typical manner closer to the expiry date at the end of next year or as conditions dictate. In other words it is believed that it is a small subset of the .52 warrant holders that are currently engaged in using the warrants as a short covering vehicle.
