We have not talked about a buyout in the context of what the Sanan agreements mean to that possibility. What protections are afforded by the agreements for the JV’s business?  Would the JV be spun out? Would Sanan have an option? 

We have not discussed this here for a long time but I think the probablity becomes more real as the OI platform's commercial future becomes a greater certainty.
